time to sit or squat?

Believe it or not, I found this website, which is commercial in nature but quite informative about the activity close to all of our hearts or rather rectums, which is going to the toilet, sitting on the throne - pedestal. They even include medical studies done on "internal mechanics of evacuation". Cool eh?

Well after reading through, I'm pretty convinced enough to change the way I will go about my business, if you know what I mean... Hehe...

Although human beings are designed to evacuate waste in the squatting position, not many practise it nowadays, for two main reasons. One, sitting appears to be more 'dignified'.
